  1. Looks nice. I just got my keyboard at a discount isle because the packaging was broken I got it 50% off. Keyboard has worked perfectly, is a bit loud despite not being a mechanical keyboard but its got all the standard bells and whistles for a keyboard from a few years back. CM Storm Ultimate Quickfire. This keyboard seems to be rock steady, has worked without issue for years and the worst that it has ever had to endure is when it doesn't get recognized by the computer on startup which has happened maybe twice over the years and that is a simple unplug and plug back in and then the computer recognizes it and face it, that is not the mouse/keyboard that is at fault but instead the computer. So I have been really happy with mine too. I have a razor headset though, pretty happy with that although if you wear it for hours on end in a hot room, its like wearing ear muffs, you come out sweating like you ran a marathon. How is the software on the razor keyboard? I found that the headset software was the worst I have come across with constant resets, just bad programming and constantly needing to re-calibrate it. I eventually ended up deleting it and using a windows standard driver instead which works 10 times better which is really sad but ooh well.
  2. Already got the game from a different humble sale back in 2014 but thanks for letting us know. Always nice to get a more more free games, even if they are not very good.
  3. Hey guys, It has been decided. Trump has won. America decided. So, which method of implosion are you planning to use first? Lets hear what people think about that first disaster Trump drags Americans down with.
  4. First game, couldn't get in to it cause of the horrible controls, second game, amazing, third game, was just plain bad. I can't get excited over the fourth game.

I actually read an article a few days ago about a new robot they made. Very simple construction but very high tech and funny. The idea I guess is that they can use it to sift out things from the ocean like oil or other particulate matter. However, they made it in such a way that it doesn't require much in the way of energy and the energy it does need, it takes directly from the ocean in the form of a kind of electronic digestion. It basically 'eats' small animals like krill to provide itself with power. I just thought it was funny due to the X to Terminate as when I read this article, I ended up telling it to a friend and added the fact that this technology would really have changed the terminator movies if it were introduced. "Sean Conner, I am here to eat you." All those dialogue sequences being replaced by really silly things like "All you are to him, is broccoli" but back to the point, imagine this security system had the same thing. Just my strange thought of the day. "Press X to consume with drone, Press Y to consume with 'sunflowers', Press B to consume with door, Press A to change language options in to Binary. Guess there are no options to let them in.

Yeah, it is a strange thing, heavy metal music made by people dressed as dinosaurs for children. It must be one of the most novel ways I have ever seen to bring music to children. In the Netherlands we had things like Smurf house which was just smurfs singing house music so I think you guys got the better end of the deal here.
  7. I think if this is implemented seamlessly in to the website, it could be interesting but if you are intending to try and make it a stand alone or optional toggle, it gives everybody the freedom to choose if they would use it or not. I personally am a simple person and I like simple things. I wouldn't mind having more control over my own personal interface with the website but I wouldn't go out of my way to do that. So I am personally on the fence about any project, but as always a project like this is for yourself first and foremost. I would say go for it and see if you can get it to work. The Blizzard slogan is "Nobody will remember if it was late, just that it was great." and I think that even people that may not immediately see the use or see themselves not really using it may actually find themselves pleasantly surprised if you produce something that is great. So I wish you the best of luck and hope that you follow through with this project regardless if there is a demand for it or not. Shock and surprise us all with it. . .in a good way.

Aah, thought you had not made a decision on buying it yet and wanted advice. So what you are saying is you are going to buy a VR set so you can play Elite Dangerous and you want to know how many other people actually want VR, have it or will purchase it basically? Well, I guess for me that would be a big no. In fact, I have access to 3 VR machines already, they are about 3-5 minutes away in a different building but I can get my hands on them at any time I want, but even though I have had access for a little over a year now, I have never made the trip or asked for one to be delivered here. I guess that is just how little I care about it.

Honestly, VR isn't something I am interested in. It is a gimmick and will not improve the quality of games, at least not at its current level. There isn't a single game out there that has been designed with VR in mind that actually even looks somewhat promising. If you are really considering this, you can try to go to a game convention, there are frequently stalls set up that demo the latest technology and VR used to appear even at the smaller conventions. I would say go and experience it yourself before making any purchase. Everybody I know that has gone to experience it or have worked with the VR technology have been disappointed and nobody has purchased one for personal use. However, like everything, this is something that comes down to personal taste. I would suggest looking at the games and go to experience it for yourself before making a decision. The only thing that you will not be able to experience at one of the booths would be the mature VR related material. . .well, unless you go to a totally different type of convention.
  10. Odd, for me it was a feature to unlock, otherwise I would have run that. Ooh well, the entire point is to compare machines, so since you can run both, you can always compare so it isn't an issue for that.
