Well this is what i found, it looks like who ever had that name had a ban, now fairplay is wierd because it updates the name at random times, for example if you were to search my name as galacticspagheti or sunsetazul you would get opposite results like you will get my galacticSpagheti if you were to search for sunsetazul. But that is because i switched the names for my accounts. Now this guy his actual account is this https://www.247fairplay.com/CheatDetector/SpetsnazVimpel86+ and his actual PB Guid is clean same with his stats but since he had the same name as this guy that hacked it was going to show the original one. now for all we know they could be the same person but it is possible to have the same name as a hacker if they changed their name, thats why you will see it in the suspected linked or w.e if its similar enough to the name.
