Normally, you'd write in the 'comments' section that you warned him first. We don't permban until after a warning for racist comments. In the future, please include the part of the chat that shows you warned him first. Many times it just takes a quick mention of our rules about remarks, and they'll stop. If they come right back and do it again, then you can ban. But we also need evidence that there was a warning.

Would have but it was a drop that line and punch out.  So could not warn.  Also did as temp ban.
